There are two types of knowledge: apara vidya or material knowledge and para vidya or transcendental knowledge. Para vidya is the knowledge which makes you attracted to the Supreme Lord. At the moment we don’t feel attraction to Krisna due to the covering of ignorance. If we utilize the energy of Vasanta panchami properly, we can become attracted to the Supreme Lord, we can obtain para vidya. Bhakti sakti is a combination of His energy of knowledge - samvit sakti and energy of bliss - hladini sakti.

Our only problem in life is that we are attracted to the wrong things. Therefore on this day we should pray to the Supreme Lord to be attracted to Him, to His devotees and to prasadam.

Three pure devotees of the Lord: Pundarika Vidyanidhi, Raghunandana Thakur, Raghunatha Das Gosvami, and also Visnupriya Devi, the sakti of Mahaprabhu Himself, appeared on this day to teach us how to be attracted to the Lord and how to give up other attractions.

If we want to be happy we should learn how to appreciate bhakti in other people. When we are associating with devotees we should try to see only devotion in them. When we see devotion in others we should interact with this devotion, but not with bad qualities. If we associate with people in this way Krisna will be pleased with us.
